For the construction of Aizawl New Market Building under NEC funded projects, Rs.173.64 lakhs was released by NEC on 28.10.2019 as the 3rd installment fund from the total estimated amount of Rs.1399.00 lakhs. 

Rs. 34.00 crore has been allotted for construction of Aizawl city centre at New Market under Aizawl Smart City Project ltd.
